The Landlord may terminate the Tenancy Agreement at any time by serving one week’s notice in writing on the Tenant.

Insurance required as follows:
Public Liability Insurance of £10m
Tenants must ensure the Premises is operating during the established trading hours.
Staff must be on site at the established opening and closing times.
Full fit out plans must be provided before any works take place to space.
Covid assessment must also be completed upon signature.
Landlord can conduct viewings through the tenancy and tenant must provide access
Landlord must see detailed grant receipts from the tenant upon request
