Rules of The Space
- Tenant access is limited to street level store space only. Basement storage or usage is not allowed.
- Tenant must hire Commercial Garbage/Recycling Removal for all trash and will be financially responsible to pay any violations for recycling and improper trash removal.
- Tenant may not interfere with residential area of the building.
- Tenant must respect quiet hours of the building from 9 PM - 8 AM.
- Tenant shall not, at any time, create excessive noise or play loud music at a level that disturbs residential tenants or neighbors.
- At the end of each day, all lights must be shut off to conserve energy.
- Keys to access property will be exchanged in person. To be coordinated between Landlord rep and Tenant directly. -Smoking is NOT allowed on the premises. -Pets/animals are NOT allowed on the premises.
- There is to be no cooking of any kind or food preparation on premises.
- Bathroom is to be used by business personnel only-- not for guest/patron usage.
