This large, quirky space in Shoreditch sits on a quiet street, overlooking Boundary Gardens. Carved out of concrete in the style of an old bunker, the interior of the space is bright and contemporary, with exposed industrial concrete finishes and large bi-folding doors on both lateral sides. It's set over two floors and is surrounded by a beautiful private courtyard, making it the perfect location for an invite-only exhibition, brand launch or event.

To enter the space, there is a closed private gate which does not have a doorbell so this space is more suited to appointment only concepts.

The photographs show an exhibition which will be down by the time the space is made available to you. Whilst we are working on updating this listing, please note that the ground floor boasts 2 large bi-folding lateral windows/doors and that the back wall currently showing is a wall partition part of the actual artist exhibition set-up.

Space rules
The rental price is inclusive of a daily allowance of £5.00 towards the electricity. The electric is operated by a key card system and the landlord will pre-load the card for the duration of the pre-agreed tenancy duration. Anything exceeding this will need to be topped up on the card by the tenant.

Hanging or installation of racking or shelving is permitted on the provision that any marks or holes are filled and the wall repainted to match the condition that it is currently in. Anything not returned to the previous condition will be subject to deposit deductions.
