Bayswater is home to the capital's highest concentration of hotels as well as London's first department store, Whiteleys. Two minutes’ walk from Royal Oak station, this showroom space is in the basement of a popular pilates studio so it's well-suited to health and fitness brands.
Over 100 well-heeled, health-conscious customers attend the pilates classes each day, and you'll see them pass by as they head up to the studio. Professional couples, affluent families and tourists are attracted to this area for its central location, proximity to Notting Hill and great mix of independent shops and restaurants.
Architects Flanagan Lawrence are to one side of this space, and The Bengal Indian restaurant is to the other side. Pan Asian street food favourite Seventeen is a couple of doors away.
Redecoration is allowed with written consent from the Landlord.
The landlord will need to use the space during 2 hours each week on a Sunday 12:00-13:00 and 13:00-14:00. They will remove your equipment and put back your equipment each time.
Although you're down in the basement, you'll draw around 100 people each day as they make their way to the pilates classes upstairs.
