This new co-working, fashion and food hub Eccleston Yards is more akin to something you’d find in East London than on the border of Belgravia and Victoria. So far, it's attracted some cool names like Barry's Bootcamp. A few doors down is this retail concept store, and the owners are looking for a cafe or wine shop to take over the front part of the space.

Around the corner, Victoria Coach Station sees over 13 million people each year, making it the UK’s busiest bus station. There’s a huge range of offices here, so you’ll see plenty of workers around during lunchtimes and in the evenings. The space is close to Victoria’s hotels and hit shows Hamilton and Wicked, so there are always tourists and theatre-goers in the area. Victoria station is a five-minute walk away.
As well as Barry's Bootcamp, you'll be on the same site as Shoreditch-based restaurant, The Jones Family Kitchen, and fashion shoot caterers, Tart London, as well as high-end menswear label, Tailor Made.
The space is available to rent for a maximum of one year. The Landlord is willing to reduce the price for year-long bookings.
The store owners ideally want a cafe or wine shop to take over the front part of the store, to be manned by the brand. Alternatively, if you want to rent it as a retail shop share, 25% commission will be taken from sales to cover management costs.
