With tree-lined boulevards and grand Haussmann buildings, the 8th arrondissement is Paris as its most iconic. Home to the Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde and official residence of the President, it’s a famous and well-toured central neighbourhood. It’s also where you’ll find the Champs-Élysées, with its stretches of shops along the promenade – not far from this space.
The space has a black frontage, with wide double windows and a clean, bright main room inside. There are lots of fitted spotlights and the landlord is happy for brands to decorate and personalise the space to suit the idea. Out the back there’s a basement for storage space.
This road is 5 minutes from two Metro stations: Saint-Augustin in the north and Miromesnil to the north-east. It also looks up towards Saint-Augustin Church – a striking part of the city’s skyline. Catch the attention of tourists walking up.
The landlord is open to redecoration, but wants to leave the front intact.
The basement is in poor condition – consider painting and installing a dehumidifier if you want to use it for retail.
