A Little About This Space
Boxpark Croydon is a larger version of the very successful Boxpark in Shoreditch. Focusing mostly on food and drinks, it's home to plenty of cool, independent brands – attracting a forward-thinking crowd. Rent one of their stand-alone kiosk spaces (exact location to be decided) for your food and drink concept. There's a double wash basin and a tile backsplash.
THE CROWD
Located right by East Croydon train station, Boxpark is a regular breakfast and coffee stop for commuters on their way to work. Weekdays get busy during lunchtimes as well, and weekends bring crowds, especially on the days with live music.

There’s an ever-changing group of restaurants in Boxpark including places like The Cronx Brewery, Greek on the Street, and Meat Liquor. The Whitgift Centre shopping mall is also nearby and undergoing a huge redevelopment.

Must use the POS system that's been approved by Boxpark.
Any major changes to the space must go through the Landlord.
The price doesn't include business rates, utilities and service charge.

Croydon isn't central, but BOXPARK's reputation makes it a destination.
This space would suit a F&B concept more than retail, to complement the neighbours. However, the Landlord will consider retail concepts on a case-by-case basis.
