Connecting Essex’s only city with London Liverpool Street, Ipswich and Norwich, Chelmsford’s newly-refurbished station sees 8.5 million passengers pass through its ticket gates every year. Introduce your idea to them with this retail space to let, located in a converted railway arch within the main station building between the arcade and walkway.

THE CROWD

With fast access to London, an upmarket shopping area and a strong mix of high-street staples, restaurants and bars, Chelmsford has become a popular prospect for relocating families, young professionals and commuters. Morning rush hours are the busiest times as people make their way to work. Evenings are quieter, as are weekends.
