Previously an event space named Brooklyn Bank, it's the perfect backdrop to get your idea in front of a hip and happening crowd. Sitting on Dekalb Avenue, a few minutes' walk from busy Lafayette Avenue, all three floors of space are in good condition – suitable for events and retail concepts.

THE CROWD

This neighbourhood of Brooklyn is filled with an eclectic crowd of artists, musicians and locals alike who flock to the neighborhood to unwind and chat ideas over a drink and some soul food. This area has a cool historic feel, full of alternative street art, but it's also very family friendly with the local Baptist church and centre of the community across the street. The B19 bus stop is directly outside the space.
