Rules of The Space

There are specific agreements the landlord agrees to fulfil:

  1. Landlord agrees to arrange and pay for professional cleaning of unit prior to tenancy. The unit must be handed back in the same condition on exit of tenancy.

  2. Landlord agrees to arrange and pay for extraction cleaning prior to tenancy if deemed necessary by specialists.

  3. Landlord agrees to ensure that the correct gas safety certificates and fire safety certificates are in order.
