THE CROWD

From Monday to Friday, you’ll have a captive crowd of two to three thousand local government workers, and this spot near the entrance means you’re in a good position to catch their eye on their way in. You’ll have the only on-site café opposite, so you’ll see a lot of people at lunchtimes and during coffee breaks. The offices are closed at weekends. Royal Albert DLR station is a minute or two’s walk.
