A Little About This Space

One of a cluster of side streets behind North End Road and Fulham Road, Farm Lane may only be a matter of minutes from Fulham Broadway but it feels like a world away; it’s all independent businesses, apartment blocks and pretty eateries here. This vintage-styled, light-filled space is next door but one to popular gastropub and hotel The Malt House, and is fully fitted out and ready to go as a beauty parlour or hair salon.

THE CROWD

Thanks to its village-like vibe, Chelsea FC and ever-expanding dining scene, Fulham is a hit with affluent families, football fans and food lovers alike. Farm Street is largely residential, so you’ll see parents doing the school run and workers heading to and from the tube during weekday rush hours. Weekends and evenings are the liveliest times as The Malt House, Don 2 Café and the Michelin starred Harwood Arms around the corner fill up with locals in the know. Fulham Broadway station is a three-minute walk.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

You’ll be opposite Moonz, an orthodontist with clinics in Bilbao, Madrid and Malaga, and Creative Kidz Stage School. The Malt House is on the next corner, and you’ll have Japanese restaurant Don 2 Café, Italian eatery Al Santo and Vagabond, a wine bar, all nearby.
