A cluster of second-hand stores and boutiques connecting Brick Lane and Bethnal Green, Cheshire Street has evolved into a destination for vintage-lovers ever since Beyond Retro opened their flagship store here in 2002. A few doors down, this small shop to let has great frontage onto this Shoreditch street, and is white-boxed and ready to go.
Weekends are the busiest times, especially Sundays when tourists and Londoners come to check out the area’s markets – including Cheshire Street’s own monthly affair. Weekdays can be quiet, but Cheshire Street’s vintage shops are well known by the fashion crowd. Unlike nearby Brick Lane, this isn’t much of a dining and drinking destination, but The Carpenters Arms attracts locals and professionals after office hours and at weekends. Shoreditch High Street station is a seven-minute walk.
Next door is the entrance to the apartments above. Duke of Uke, London’s only ukulele and banjo specialist, is close by. The Carpenters Arms, once owned by the Krays, is over the road, and Beyond Retro is on the next corner.

The space is available to rent for a minimum of 1 week.
All works and changes to the space must be approved by the Landlord.
You're a little further away from Cheshire Street’s main stretch of shops, but you’ll attract anyone making their way from Brick Lane to Beyond Retro.
