Bar & Restaurant
Linked to Newcastle by a collection of bridges across the river Tyne, Gateshead, is best known as home to the iconic Angel of the North. This former estate agents on the high street could do with a good deal of work, but offers a good sized space for a new idea. With a steady footfall, it's well located to tap in to a local customer-base. The space is spread over two floors and features a walk-in safe, a kitchen area, toilet, and some smaller rooms on both floors for storage. It would benefit from redecoration as there are some exposed wires and the flooring is incomplete. Located next door to an Oxfam, the space is just moments away from the BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art and the recently developed Trinity Square. Newcastle City Centre is within walking distance, and the space is served by local metro and bus services.
