At the start of tenancy keys need to be collected from Broadgate Estates office at Paddington Central, and also dropped back there when the tenancy is over
The tenant acknowledges that scaffolding may be present at the premises during their occupation.
Home Truths
Any redecoration of the space should be agreed with the landlord first.
There are going to be major works happening to the building and scaffolding will be up until the New Year (which will block the shop frontage)
The lock in this space is brand new and can therefore be a bit stiff - please be prepared to learn the knack to open it.
All brands must collect the keys from the landlords office at 9am in Paddington on the date of tenancy.
