The weekly price relates to Tuesday - Sunday. Mondays are not included in the hire.
The space is mainly available for the day / week. Bookings longer than 6 days are very unlikely.
Hours of operation: No activity including loading can happen outside of 07 00 - 23 00. Please confirm with the Local Authority regarding their permitted trading hours for your type of activity.
Redecoration is permitted but all holes must be refilled and walls repainted with a high quality paint.
Windows may be decorated but no branding on the outside of the property. An A board may be placed outside.
Public Liability Insurance is required.
