Bar & Restaurant
If there’s one thing that the Nomad neighborhood of Manhattan is known for, it’s good taste. Whether it’s the well-planned Madison Square Park, the area’s history as an art and music capital (with the Armory and Tin Pan Alley), or the neighborhood’s rep as a go-to spot for foodies, those in the know have always known to come here for the best. This centrally located space was most recently used as a quick-but-healthy fast-casual restaurant. The set-up is currently the same, but it’s also versatile enough to fit any business. Clean, white walls compliment the concrete floors. And there’s plenty of light thanks to the large windows and the recessed lights in the extremely tall ceiling. With office workers filling the sidewalks at rush hours and lunchtime, the area gets lots of foot traffic during the workweek. The space is easy to get to with the 6 and N/R trains all within two blocks.
