A haven in the middle of downtown Manhattan, Nolita has that old-school New York charm that makes you fall in love with the city all over again. Breezy sidewalk cafes and enchanting boutiques is what this neighborhood does best. On Mulberry Street – site of the San Gennaro Feast that takes place every September – is Space Cowboy Boots, a western clothing store offering handcrafted cowboy boots, hats, and belts. It’s inside this endearing shop where you’ll be renting space for your shop share.
Mulberry Street attracts a diverse crowd – with a number of great restaurants and shops, it’s hard not to see why. The Grey Dog is a neighborhood favorite with good food and coffee being served up in an eclectic setting. Ruby’s Cafe is a petite restaurant that’s popular for lunch – just makes sure you get there early. In terms of shopping, Creatures of Comfort is a boutique showcasing upscale apparel and shoes. Noah is a men’s clothing store selling colorful tees and swimwear in a vibrant setting. The Spring Street 6 train is a block away and the 2nd Ave F station is also close by.
Space Cowboy sits in between McNally Jackson Store and a dry cleaners. Across the street is the famous Italian restaurant, Rubirosa. Two blocks away on Spring Street is the legendary Balthazar.
Mulberry Street is a great location with a lot of footfall.
