This Old Street event space sits in the creative hub of East London. The area is full to the brim with activity, throughout the week and into the weekend. The road it sits on hosts a busy mix of retail, theatres, and offices.
The space is composed of two interconnecting arched spaces with exposed brickwork. As you enter from Old Street, under the bridge, the space splits left and right. A bar is temporarily installed on the left. Further to the left you're able to access the rear courtyard which is suitable for cooking, and loading. To the left of the entrance is the second events space.
The billboards on the outside can be hired as part of the project, which means that although there are no windows there's roughly 18 sqm of advertising space on either side of the door.
