With two interconnecting spaces with exposed brickwork and access to a rear courtyard which can be used for loading. This space is fully licensed from 10am to midnight. Late licence extensions possible at an additional cost.
Daily dry hire rates from £3,500+VAT, discount available for block bookings and build days.
Included in the dry hire fee are:
Duty manager from start to finish
PA System
Basic lighting
Use of the Production Office
Use of cloakroom not staffed
Post event cleaning
Loading bay
A £1,500 damage waiver will also be required. This will be returned within 7 days of the event. Security Personnel and Public liability are mandatory requirements.
