Around the corner from Kingsland High Street is The Factory, a shiny new development that's set to become a really interesting destination for food and retail. This cafe space to rent is at the very front of The Factory and holds room for around 40 people. In certain weather you can also choose to make the most of some outdoor seating, too.

Under that Dalston spotlight, this neighbourhood has a lot going on: Monday to Friday the trendy food scene really comes to life; bringing in young, creative customers with a knack for Instagramming their meals. And the weekends will only get busier as the East London crew take on the local nightlife. You can make your way to this space via Dalston Kingsland train station or many of the bus stops that surround it.

Opposite The Factory is LN-CC, a high-end concept store and bar. A little further up, turning on to Stoke Newington Road, is an impressive strip of restaurants and bars ranging from High Water cocktail bar, to cute Japanese cafe Jidori, to a whole stream of truly Turkish delights (if you’ll excuse the pun).
