A Little About This Space
Thayer Street sits in one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods for shopping and dining: Marylebone. Skip the nearby Oxford Street and come here instead - it's quieter, and the selection of chic high-end high street womenswear labels is more refined and unique. This two-floor boutique with a black storefront is in very good condition, and there's space for storage too.
THE CROWD
It's busier with well-heeled locals than it is a tourist destination. But there are many luxury hotels in the area where the well-travelled families like to stay, so you'll see a few sophisticated tourists shopping around. It's busiest towards the end of the week. After lunch and early evenings after work tends to be the most active for shoppers.
MEET THE NEIGHBOURS
You're next door to an independent womenswear boutique and opposite Eat cafe. Theory for chic womenswear is a few doors down, as well as Arthur Morrice opticians. Cross the road, and you'll find the well-loved Monocle shop on George Street.

The listed price is accurate for July and August 2020 only, the price will increase to £215 per day from September onwards.
The Space has an alarm installed, but the alarm must be activated in a separate arrangement with a Contractor. Details for such a Contractor can be provided by the Landlord. Any charges for installation and use are in addition to the price of the Booking.
The exterior will be brought back to initial darker charcoal colour.
