Bethnal Green Road stretches east from Shoreditch High Street and is a well-trodden route through the local neighbourhood. Popular sights nearby are the V&A’s Museum of Childhood, as well as Columbia Road Flower Market and the Star of Bethnal Green pub.

This space is found between a pharmacy and tattoo parlour. The outside looks intentionally weathered, in keeping with Shoreditch's vibe. However, inside everything is newly refurbished – with wooden flooring, white walls and spotlights. There’s also a courtyard garden and kitchen at the back, available to rent for an additional fee if you need.

Footfall is at its highest at the weekends, when a young, trendy crowd come out to play – it helps that there's also a pub opposite. This space is about half way between Shoreditch High Street station and Bethnal Green Tube station, which means it's easily accessible and there's plenty of buses passing by too.
