Right on the west side of one of the busiest parks in Lower Manhattan, this pop-up retail or restaurant space for rent looks onto Union Square Park.
Union Square Park is unique because it attracts people that live in the area, people that work nearby, and tourists who come to browse the artwork or Greenmarket, right across the street from you four days a week. Some other attractions nearby are the Barnes & Noble (the largest bookstore in Manhattan), Paragon Sports, and Irving Plaza. The 456, L, and NQRW trains are a quick walk through the park.
On one side you have Barn Joo, a nice Korean restaurant, and McDonald’s on the other. Old Town Bar, Union Square Cafe, Max Brenner Chocolate Bar, and The W Hotel are all close by too.
The interior is a bit raw, but the location couldn’t be better.
