One New Change is an iconic landmark site and the only major shopping centre in the City of London. Over 100,000 people are within a 10-minute walk of the centre at any given time. With over 60 stores including many high street fashion flagships and several world-known restaurants, you’re in good company.
There are 17 stalls available every other Wednesday. Each week, the market will see a rotating mix of the best emerging confectionary, food, lifestyle and accessories brands. Timber frame market stalls with counter tops will be provided.
The stalls are located at the centre of the ground floor. A few of your neighbours are Pandora, Cos, Mango, Hackett, Oliver Bonas and H&M.
One New Change consists of 560,000 sq ft of retail and office space, with 215,000 sq ft dedicated to retail.
There are 60 shops and restaurants in the centre, including Cos, Topshop, Next and H&M. Restaurants include Bread Street Kitchen, Wahaca and Byron. The centre enjoys over 12 million annual visitors.
This market trades 10am - 3pm every other Wednesday.
Operating hours must be strictly adhered to - stalls cannot be left unattended. Failure to comply may result in your booking being cancelled without refund.
Retailers will be provided with a market stall with a surface area of 1.75m x 0.7m.
Power and wifi are not available.
Rent is inclusive of a £10 stall set up and take down fee, meaning brands can turn up and trade without doing any of the heavy lifting.
Brands must have public and employers liability insurance (£10 million).
Visual merchandising must be to a high quality and stock must be attractively displayed.
Brands will need to purchase a vinyl (at an additional cost) to fit to hanging stall sign, no additional branding or signage will be permitted. These are not permanent fixtures.

Weather conditions can affect trading given the layout of the centre. Given the layout of the centre, it can get quite windy and sometimes wet, so please come prepared.
One New Change and Appear Here staff have final sign off on stall design - this may include asking you to rearrange or remove certain products.
Pitch locations are allocated by the landlord and Appear Here staff. These are not permanent and therefore may be subject to change.
Market stalls and hanging signs must be returned in the condition provided. Tenants will
be liable for any damages/missing signs including over and above the deposit fee (£100).
Retailers will be asked to declare turnover data.
All brands must adhere to rules set out in the welcome pack.
In certain circumstances, brands may be required to fill out a risk assessment and method statement. They may also need to provide relevant PAT testing and Food Hygiene certificates (where necessary).
Once a booking has been countersigned by the Landlord it is not refundable or transferable.
This space is subject to fit-out proposals to be pre-approved by the landlord, to ensure you look the part.
Although this space is covered, due to the centre layout, trading may be impacted by weather conditions, so come prepared.
