- Licensee required to have any necessary local, state, and federal permits as required for events at the Premises.
- Licensee required to list Landlord as a named insured.
- Licensee strictly prohibited from smoking with the inside the Premises.
- Licensee required to immediately notice licensor for approval of all alterations including electrical, plumbing, paint, drywall, windows, flooring and signage.
- Licensee prohibited from bringing animals or pets into the Premises unless authorized by the Licensor.
- Licensee prohibited from using adhesive picture hangers on the walls.
- Term includes any setup and teardown time.
- Licensee must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the Term.
- Licensee required to lock front and back doors upon any departure from the Premises.
- Licensee must manage any lines that form outside to prevent any blocking of neighbors storefronts and right of way.
