Tribe is the UK’s new running and adventure community. They create delicious performance snacks made from natural ingredients, which are delivered straight to your door. Appearing in Old Street Station this week, you can drop in to design your own Tribe pack or attend one of their many events: Run Brunch with FRAME, Breakfast Yoga with Cali Yoga, Twig Teas and Cuckoo and strength training with Tally Rye.

Their cutting edge frozen Smoothie Kits are designed with nutritionists to bring out your best – for none of the hassle. Each PACK’D Kit contains a pouch of freshly frozen, whole fruits and vegetables plus a sachet of natural superfoods. They'll be showcasing their packs all this week in Topshop Oxford Circus.

If you're feeling bad about an indulgent Christmas – fear not, Frame has a plan to make you feel good. Really good. Beyonce good. From the 11th of Jan to the 7th of Feb, Frame will be hosting a special health hub in Old Street station, a one stop shop for all things health and fitness. Think yoga classes, Anti-desk stretching sessions and of course, Beyonce workouts. The aim is to enable customers to move, fuel, shop and be mindful – without being too detox-y!

After appearing in Old Street Station in 2015, Yolk has launched a new brunch residency in Mojo cafe, Soho. The humble egg remains at the heart of their menu, but Yolk is also using this residency to explore some new ideas, from buttermilk waffles to butternut squash gnocchi. They'll be serving lunch & dinner on Saturdays and a brunch menu on Sundays. Drinks are strictly BYO, which is perfect if you’re feeling the January pinch – there's also a handy off-licence over the road!
