Monday - Saturdays: 11.30am-11.00pm.
Sundays: 11.30am-10.30pm.

The basement level is only to be used as storage.

Tenants need to install their own cooker, fridge, and other required equipment.

Tenants are not permitted to remove the tiles or repaint the space unless approval is granted by the Landlord.

Either party may terminate this tenancy agreement at any time on or after two months from the commencement date provided they have given one month's written notice to the other party
