The space operates as a gallery for three weeks every quarter, available for hire during the remaining nine weeks. While the professional gallery lighting and hanging system are perfect for exhibitions, please note that no structural changes or drilling are permitted.

Space rules
Music must be kept to a very low volume during operating hours.
Not suitable for anything involving liquids.
The door must be shut when the heating is on.
No public access to the rear garden.
Tenants are required to thoroughly clean the kitchen area and bathroom and vacuum and mop the full premises before checkout day
Hire Period
Rentals run Tuesday to Monday to fit gallery schedule and exhibition openings.
Heating
Gas central heating included up to £30/week (meter checked at check-in/out). Covers normal winter use; extra usage may be charged.
Cleaning
Space must be left professionally clean unless arranged. Unarranged cleaning: £70 deposit charge; emergency overnight cleaning: £130 deposit charge.
Rubbish
No refuse collection. All rubbish must be removed; neighbours’ bins may not be used. £50 charge for leftover waste.
