Picture rails run throughout, and the landlord can arrange wall drilling and restoration for an additional fee. A kitchenette, toilets and useful showroom furniture are included, from display stands and designer chairs to a folding bar. For an added outdoor moment, the bar can be set beneath the arcades, with terrace use and seated dinners available by arrangement.
