Because BOXPARK Shoreditch is open under special circumstances with limited availability, they are unable to include business rates for this space. However, we do know the business rates prior to any reduction are £9,750 annually. With the retail, hospitality and leisure property relief scheme, you are entitled to apply for a 75% reduction, reducing the rateable value down to £2,437.50 annually. As such, the expectation is that you independently register your business with Tower Hamlets London Borough Council to secure this reduction and pay the business rates separately from your booking through Appear Here. BOXPARK will be able to assist with any further queries regarding this post-booking.

PLEASE NOTE: Tenants must collect the keys at 3pm on the Monday (start day), do their shop fit, and then trade Tues - Sunday, de-rig and clean the unit and hand the keys back to the landlord at midday on the Monday after.
