The landlord has given the all clear to redecorate the space, if you need help realising your vision, we can put you in touch with some great designers and builders in London. The boiler in this space is quite small, so it might not be suitable if you need continuous large quantities of hot water.

No loud music past 8pm and no music should be *excessively* heard from outside of the unit at any time of day to respect the surrounding neighbours.

Standard access times
Check in is from 9am on the first day of tenancy.
Check out is by 5pm on the final day of tenancy.

Waste removal should be disposed of in the prescribed way as per instructions on check-in. Failure to do so could result in deductions from your deposit.
