Opposite Old Spitalfields' high-end boutiques, restaurants and markets and parallel to Brick Lane is Commercial Street. This space for rent, suitable for an exciting F&B brand or concept, has two different parts: a street-level outdoor market pitch with a gated area for serving and seating, and a repurposed basement space with a bar area. At street level, there's space for four F&B vendors and some extra room for people to enjoy just outside the gates.

Basement Capacity: 60 people maximum due to council regulations.
Ground Floor Capacity: 20 standing.
No air-conditioning.
Space must be securely locked after each exit.
£150 compulsory cleaning fee - to be deducted from your damage deposit.
