Right by local landmark the Bussey Building, this huge warehouse space for hire has already hosted large-scale events, including an Adidas trainer launch and immersive installation for Chanel, plus parties, film shoots, flea markets and art fairs.

Tenants are required to organise their own liability insurance for their period of occupation
Installations: We don’t allow any drilling or mechanical fixing into the brick walls. If you intend to suspend installations from the lighting rig, beams or stud wall, please consult with us at least one month prior to your load in date. We do not keep fans or industrial fans on site. Please ensure you bring your own in hot weather.
Noise: Sound must be limited to 75dB as measured regularly outside the Unit. External spaces cannot be used after 22.00. If we receive noise complaints or your event runs over your allotted time, we reserve the right to retain your deposit. Any events playing live or DJ music not solely for ambiance, or running beyond 22.30 are required to have the appropriate security present.
Licensed operating hours: Entertainment 22.30. Retail of alcohol 23.30. Building Vacated 00.00.
Waste: Please either remove your waste off site or use bins requested as part of your hire. If you have used bins that have not been paid for, a charge will be applied.
Vehicles: Vehicles can be parked inside the unit if desired. Alternatively, vehicles parked elsewhere on site are permitted 15mins delivery/collection free of charge, following this it’s £2 per hour or £10 per day (07:00 - 20:00) for cars, and £3 per hour or £15 per day for vans. Parking is first come first served - 06.30 - 23.00 every day.
Waste, Cleaning and Toilets: You will be allocated x1 1100 litre bin as part of your hire. You are welcome to hire more bins and smaller dustbins from us if your event is likely to create a lot of waste. If needed, we can also book a skip for you; the fee for which will be added onto your hire fee. Please ensure that at the end of your hire, all your waste is either in the bins or taken off site. There are a small number of toilets inside the unit. If the number of toilets is not suitable for the nature of your event, or the number of attendees you’re expecting, you must hire the appropriate toilet cabin or portaloos to be placed outside the venue. Ensure toilet taps are not running during the event to allow the water tanks to remain full during your event. It is your responsibility to ensure the venue and its toilets are left in the same condition as you found them.
Alcohol: You are welcome to provide alcohol at your event following a discussion and written confirmation from Copeland Park. Please note that drinks must not be offered to guests in glasses or glass bottles. Any events serving alcohol are required to have the appropriate security present and the appropriate Personal Alcohol License holder on site.
