A Little About This Space
You'll find this space in Peckham's own Bussey Building. Once an old factory, now converted into functioning spaces and with a renowned rooftop bar, this particular warehouse space is now ideal for brand activations, product launches and even filming. The space's exposed brickwork also lends to its industrial roots and ensures whatever your launching (or filming) is iconic as the building itself.
THE CROWD
The Bussey Building has long been attracting club kids and culture vultures to this part of Peckham, but in recent years a whole host of artists, designers and creatives have set up shop here, making it a busy daytime destination as well as an afterhours hangout. The neighbouring bar and eatery, Social, attracts a steady crowd, even mid-week, and the Bussey Rooftop Bar is the place to be during the summer months.

Rules of The Space
Tenants are required to organise their own liability insurance and risk assessments for their period of occupation.
Installations: We don’t allow any drilling or mechanical fixing into the brick walls. If you intend to suspend installations from the beams or stud wall, please consult with us at least one month prior to your load in date. We do not keep fans or industrial fans on site. Please ensure you bring your own in hot weather.
Noise: Sound must be limited to 65dB as measured regularly outside the Unit. External spaces cannot be used after 22.00. If we receive noise complaints or your event runs over your allotted time, we reserve the right to retain your deposit. Any events playing live or DJ music not solely for ambiance, or running beyond 22.30 are required to have the appropriate security present.
Waste: Please either remove your waste off site or use bins requested as part of your hire. If you have used bins that have not been paid for, a charge will be applied.
Vehicles: Vehicles can park on site in our carpark. Vehicles are permitted 15mins delivery/collection free of charge, following this it’s £2 per hour or £10 per day (07:00 - 20:00) for cars, and £3 per hour or £15 per day for vans. Parking is first come first served - 07:00 - 23:00 every day.
Waste: Please ensure that at the end of your hire, all your waste is either in the bins or taken off site. Please leave the venue in good condition at the end of your hire.
Alcohol: You are welcome to provide alcohol at your event following a discussion and written confirmation from Copeland Park. Please note that drinks must not be offered to guests in glasses or glass bottles. Any events serving alcohol are required to have the appropriate security present and the appropriate Personal Alcohol License holder on site.
