Space rules
* Will consider glass partitioning walls to be removed, only if brands book for a longer period.

* Cannot paint over artwork on the back wall

* The Entrance/Kitchen area on the ground level is a common space for all tenants in the building, including the ground-level tenant.

* The ground-level tenant can use the kitchen area but cannot store any materials or furniture in this space, or occupy it with activities which exceed the access or the use of the kitchen.

* It should be kept clean at all times, so food, plates and glasses have to be disposed immediately after consumption.

* No excess rubbish should be left in the kitchen under any circumstances. All rubbish should be disposed of safely in the communal bins outside the building.

*Should excess rubbish be left in the kitchen or communal areas, a penalty of £300 for each day that excess rubbish is left will be deducted from the tenant's damage deposit
