A Little About This Space
Within the leafy London suburb of Balham, Bedford Hill is home to a stretch of coffee shops, restaurants and independent stores, as well as one of the capital’s leading music and comedy venues—The Bedford. A few doors down from this popular pub, this retail space to let has access to a small courtyard from both the ground floor and basement.
THE CROWD
Young families and professional couples have moved to Balham in their droves, attracted by its village feel and blend of cafes, eateries and cool shops (such as We Bought Beer down the road). Things may get a little quiet here during the week, but there’s a good local community and Bedford Hill is one of Balham’s busiest streets.
The space will be completely cleared out before a brand moves in and offered in new white boxed condition.
