This plug-and-play space is located in Amsterdam’s renowned Museum Quarter, bordering the city’s charming and urban Vondelpark. The ground floor room is entirely empty, ideal for showrooms and pop-ups. Complete with a sink, mirror, and five big windows that let in natural light, the space is practical, well-lit, and capacious. With hotel staff available every day, viewings and bookings are a breeze.
South of night-life square Leidseplein, the Museum Quarter welcomes a plethora of international visitors, academics, and culture vultures. The 19th century Museum Square houses the Van Gogh Museum, the Rijksmuseum, and the Stedelijk Museum of Modern Art. With three of Amsterdam’s major museums and parks around the corner, Hobbemastraat is especially well-placed.
Located inside a chic Amsterdam hotel, the white balcony room is surrounded by high-end hotels, restaurants, and brand boutiques. To the left, Romeo Vetro sells luxury men’s and women’s watches. A few doors down, MOMO Restaurant, Bar and Lounge offers sophisticated Asian cuisine and a classy minimalist décor.
The room does come with permits, licenses (A1/A3), or extraction, and there is no WC. With a maximum of 6 months occupancy, it is available for short term hire only. Minor changes can be made with the landlord’s approval, and the room’s potential compensates for any facilities it might lack.
The space is located only few meters away from the famous P.C.Hooftsraat and its luxurious and high-end shops.
