A Little About This Space
Right in Hoxton’s busy garden square is this newly refurbished basement yoga and wellbeing space available to rent. It's self contained with street access, windows and a large skylight. Fully branded and kitted out with yoga props, this is the ideal space to host wellness events and experiences. The space comes fully staffed.

There are offices and design studios all around Hoxton Square, but its proximity to the City means that you’re just as likely to see suits alongside the area’s more creative crowd. The square’s a popular lunchtime spot, but weekends and evenings are busiest as locals and tourists fill up places like Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen. Old Street Station is a five-minute walk away.

Any necessary damage repairs to the floor will be done by the Landlord's own floor layer at the tenants cost.
The space will need to be professionally cleaned by the Landlord's commercial cleaners after each booking.
£200 per day price is only valid for October 2019 - January 2020.
