The unit does not have a permanent roof and features temporary walls, so it can become cold during cooler months. There is no service yard access; all deliveries must be arranged from the front of the unit via the high street (adjacent to the bike lane) and scheduled outside of trading hours, typically mornings or evenings only. Mandatory on-site sign-in and evacuation induction are required prior to use. There is also a small visible gap in the wall near the entrance, which will need to be covered with planting or branding communications as part of your setup.
