Dalston is a rapidly changing area, especially known for its music, events and nightlife. Popular with the young creative scene, in recent years it has seen a growing number of boutiques, bars and cafes emerge. This space is found between two local landmarks - the Haggerston and Fox pubs on the busy Kingsland Road.
The previous tenant of this unique space is a local artisan shoemaker, whose talents and workshop have been featured in fashion bibles Vogue and Monocle. Described as 'a shoe-lover’s mini-treasure chest' there's a lot of potential in the space for a new brand to get creative with. The current set-up includes shelving units, wooden laminate flooring and a kitchen sink, although the large machine in the images will be removed.
As a main thoroughfare in North East London, this part of Kingsland Road is between Dalston and Haggerston stations. A decent amount of footfall from nearby residents is key to the location, and it’s also adjacent to the popular areas of Stoke Newington and Hackney.
This space is pretty small and narrow, get creative with your concept and fit-out.
There is no access to water.
