Rules of The Space

Please note:

Check-in is from 9am on the first day of tenancy.
Check-out is by 5pm on the final day of tenancy.

If the tenant arrives late for check-in, a £50 per hour fee will be applied and deducted from the deposit held.

Tenants must leave the Premises by 5pm on the final day of the Term. If the check-out is delayed, a £100 per hour late fee will be applied and deducted from the security deposit held.

A cleaning fee of £50 will be added to either the initial payment or deducted from the deposit.

Any reception in the evening such as launch cocktails including trading beyond the permitted hours is strictly subject to the landlord's approval.

No loud noises or amplified music after 8:00 p.m.

No selling alcohol on the shop premises.

Utilities are included subject to a fair usage policy (up to £150+VAT/month).

Brands are responsible for all removal and disposal of rubbish from the space.

Home Truths

The Black Brick Shop’s unique layout may require some careful planning to maximise floor space. While the space is in excellent condition, it’s best suited for brands who can work with its distinctive structure and two-floor design.
