The back door on the ground floor, the walkway and the basement separate the unlisted space. These will be locked and closed off, but it’s worth keeping in mind.
A cleaning fee of £75 will be added to either the initial payment or deducted from the deposit.
Tenants must leave the Premises by 5pm on the final day of the Term. If the check-out is delayed, a £50/hour late fee will be applied and deducted from the security deposit held.
Check-in is from 9am on the first day of tenancy.

Any reception in the evening such as launch cocktails including trading beyond the permitted hours is strictly subject to the landlord's approval.
