Focusing on arts and pop culture, Tank’s creative staff will be the most permanent visitors to your space. BBC’s Broadcasting House is around the corner on Portland Place, so you might get a few famous faces too. This area is pretty active throughout the night, but the offices close at around 6pm. Oxford Circus station is a five minute walk away.
There are a block of flats and a Ryman’s stationers on one side, and an architect/interior designer on the other. The spaces across the road are undergoing a lot of developments at the moment.

Access is shared with Tank Magazine.
Tank will generally close their office at the end of the working day, so you might have to work out an arrangement with them if you want to stay open late. Their branding’s already in the front window too, so promoting yourself means you need to share the space.
Tank employees will be accessing the space through shared access throughout the day.
