- No premises licensing allowed except for sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises

- You are not permitted to assign or sublet your space during occupation

Brands will now be offered a 12 month contract with a 3 month break with the first 3 months being at a reduced rent and the following 9 closer to market rates.
