This space is in a great location but is on the smaller side so make sure your concept won't overwhelm the space. There is no wifi in the unit so make sure you are bringing an alternative should you need it.
There is no toilet in this space. However, there is access to a toilet in the next door property.
Landlord is willing to bring running water in to the space if required. It would require an additional two day lead time to do this. To be discussed upon viewing.
