Spread across 17,000 sq ft, this expansive studio space is a blank canvas for everything from intimate pop-ups to large-scale brand activations, product launches and events. Industrial in character, the space features polished concrete floors, whitewashed walls, double-height ceilings and expansive windows that flood the studios with natural light. Seven interconnected studios can be hired individually or combined, while a private courtyard offers additional room for outdoor activations. For bigger productions, the studios can be brought together into one expansive indoor-outdoor venue, accommodating up to 1,518 guests standing or 450 in a theatre-style layout. With street-level vehicle access, 3-phase power and a dedicated on-site team, the space is equipped for a wide range of creative concepts, from one-day brand takeovers to full-scale productions.

Space rules
Full-day hire runs from 8:30am to 10pm. Additional charges apply if you require extra time for setup or derig outside the agreed hire period.
One Venue Manager and one post-event deep clean are included in the hire fee. Additional staffing or cleaning services will incur extra charges.
Security must be arranged through the venue once your booking has been confirmed.
