Nestled on bustling Old Broad Street, steps from Liverpool Station, lies this stunning space industrial-style filled with ample natural light. With sweeping ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, it's primed for your inspired vision - be it a brand activation, exhibition, product launch or concept store. Its adaptable backdrop makes anything possible, plus it has the added bonus of a kitchenette.

Home Truths

A staircase at the back connects the main floor to an expansive upstairs area, creating a shared access point between the two levels. This enables seamless flow, but could also mean less privacy. The entrance is shared.

There is only a small storage cupboard, so the space you see is what you get. Limited storage means this spot is ideal for pop-ups and events, rather than permanent retail. However, there is a connected terrace upstairs that can be used for events - speak to the landlord about access.
