Rules of The Space
Operating Hours: Hours of this space are 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM - The premises must be vacated by 9:00 PM. Any extension beyond this time will incur a charge of £1,000 per 30-minute period. This fee is strictly enforced.
Re-decoration: All re-decoration must be pre-agreed with the gallery manager.
Capacity: Capacity is 70 people seated, 120 standing across the whole building
Food & Drinks: The location does not permit the sale of alcohol, nor does it permit serving or selling food.
Insurance: The Landlord requires the tenant to have public liability insurance up to £5 million for their duration of their booking in this space.
