Please note that your occupation starts the moment you take the keys from the management office. Therefore if you need to load in the day before your proposed start date, you will be charged for the full day. Please include all load-in and load-out days in your booking request.
Redecoration is permitted, please refer to the retailers handbook with regards to the types of materials that can be used on site.
VAT is applicable on the rent of the space.
In the event of an enforced closure, the tenant will extend the end date by the same period of time that they were not able to trade.
The space needs some work before it will be ready to open, including installing a ceiling and lighting.
Whilst available, parking is not guaranteed as it is in the shared car park. The centre management team will endeavour to help but they cannot guarantee it will be free nor any special favours.
Please note the toilets are public toilets, not based in the store.
There is no security for the space, other than door locks, but only for the centre.
The amount of storage available is dependent on how much space is taken, as this listing is for a reduced area within a bigger shop.
