It lends itself perfectly to retail and even coffee shop brands, with a kitchenette at the rear and a white boxed interior, this space truly is a blank canvas of possibility. It’s tucked into what seems like a side street but is actually a busy thoroughfare surrounded by interesting neighbours.
Shoreditch has been a hotspot for London’s trendy and creative types for over a decade, now, giving the area plenty of time to fill up with bars, eateries, indie stores, and offices. The edgy East London neighbourhood has a buzzing vibe seven days a week thanks to its popular restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. In the week it’s populated with creative workers and young, affluent residents, while a diverse crowd visit for its eclectic mix of independent shops, bars and the famous Columbia Road flower market on the weekends.
Popular bars and art galleries and a range of creative agency offices sit along Rivington Street. It’s the thoroughfare between bustling Curtain Road and Shoreditch High Street which are both heavily populated with indie clothing stores, bars, and restaurants. Urban Outfitters, Flat Iron and Spitalfields market are a few neighbours to note.

Check out is by 5pm on the final day of tenancy.
